Your satisfaction is important to us, and we have created the following Returns & Refund Policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for our customers.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns requested after 48 hours will not be accepted.
To request a return, please contact us with the following details:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Replacement Process
If the issue is verified, the product will be replaced with a new item.
The replacement and exchange product will be delivered within 7 days after the return request is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Incorrect product size, design, or variant selected by the customer
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences
- Products reported after the 48-hour return window
- Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
We recommend checking product details carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order may already be processed or packed, and cancellation may not be possible.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately.
Shipping Policy:
– Free shipping available on all orders will shipped within 3 days
– Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders within India
– Your order will be delivered with in 5 to 7 business days
– Track your orders via email updates
– Shipping rates calculated based on package weight and dimensions
– Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options available
